But after my initial meetings with David Saulters and project manager, James Smith, they helped me to put my mind at ease. They answered every one of my meticulous and sometimes annoying questions. The most satisfying thing about the building process was that they made sure that I was comfortable with every aspect of my house, even if that meant going over and beyond their call of duty. They believe in quality of houses and will stand behind their products. Periodically, they continue to check on me and to make sure everything is okay. With the combination of my style and their structure, my house reflects my personality.

As a newly developed neighborhood, it is very quiet and safe, in which are very important factors to me. The neighbors are all very welcoming, which makes the area peaceful. There’s no other place that I would rather have my first home built. I’m very glad I chose Sigma.

This is something we do not experience as much today as we used to in today’s business world, at least that’s what I thought until I walked into the offices of Sigma Companies.  From the very first moment we were made to feel both at home and at ease by the employees.  Through the entire process of purchasing my new home, the staff and employees were both extremely friendly and professional answering all my questions and concerns and trust me there were many.  The confidence the staff always showed me made me feel more comfortable than I could have ever imagined.  David and his mortgage specialist Heather carefully walked me through the whole process of buying a new home and helped me with financing options.  After construction began, I visited the work site several times a week and I was constantly updated by the construction foreman.  James was very patient with my questions and always had ideas to improve the house, it’s almost as if it was his own house.  I am very proud and pleased to offer this as my recommendation to anyone looking to purchase an existing home or build a new one.  Not only does Sigma Companies offer Service After the Sell, they offer their service BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the sell, something they can be very proud of!!!
