David L. Saulters of Sigma Companies is a Certified Professional Builder.  This designation is presented by the Mississippi Housing Institute.  Saulters is among only a handful of builders with the CPB designation in the Greater Hattiesburg area.

But after my initial meetings with David Saulters and project manager, James Smith, they helped me to put my mind at ease. They answered every one of my meticulous and sometimes annoying questions.
